Lily brings structure and momentum to ambitious goals. As Project & Growth Manager at Possibility Partners, she supports the team and its clients across project management, operations, marketing, and strategy—coordinating the people, information, and details that move initiatives from planning through execution.

Since joining Possibility Partners in November 2025, Lily has helped the team and its clients turn plans into progress. She keeps projects on track, supports marketing and design efforts, and brings greater organization to the systems and priorities behind the company’s growth. Her wide-ranging role allows her to step in wherever a project needs structure, follow-through, or an extra creative push forward.

Before Possibility Partners, Lily was an Account Executive at a Denver-based public relations firm, where she managed strategy and execution for numerous clients. She earned a B.A. in English with minors in Business and Politics from The University of the South: Sewanee. Based in Denver, Lily is happiest hiking or skiing in the mountains, trying a new recipe, or continuing her search for the city’s best matcha latte.
