Dave believes transformational work has the greatest chance of success with the right team and the right process. For more than 30 years, he has helped leaders move new ideas and business models from possibility to impact. His approach is grounded in coaching—working alongside teams to build their capabilities and execute with renewed confidence. 

At Possibility Partners, Dave has partnered with leaders tackling complex health and wellness challenges, from behavioral health and pediatric access to early childhood development and rural care. He designs and facilitates human-centered processes that help technology teams see challenges differently, tap into their creativity and compassion, and turn promising ideas into practical solutions they can carry forward.

Dave has taught graduate and experiential learning courses at Syracuse University for more than a decade and completed executive education at the University of Virginia, Cornell and Harvard University. A year-round outdoorsman, Dave moves from cycling and golf to snow sports as the seasons change, travels whenever he can, and never passes up an opportunity to visit his grandchildren.
