Brooke helps people and organizations meet change with confidence and curiosity. A gifted communicator and team builder, she listens for what people are saying—and feeling—to help leaders and teams better understand one another and the story they need to share.

At Possibility Partners, Brooke works at the intersection of organizational and adult learning, and change and strategic communications. She has helped leadership teams clarify their direction, developed strategic narratives that build alignment, and helped people and teams understand the unique strengths they bring to an organization. Through interactive workshops and coaching, she helps people communicate more effectively, navigate change with greater confidence, and translate strategy into action.

Before Possibility Partners, Brooke held senior marketing and communications leadership roles at Tufts Medical Center and its parent health system, now Tufts Medicine. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership, is DiSC-certified, and is a Squadify Pro-certified team coach. Originally from North Carolina but living in New England for more than 25 years, Brooke returns home often for Southern cuisine and friends and family. Her blood still runs Tar Heel blue, with a dose of red for the Boston Red Sox. She is happiest on a paddle board, with her two sons and husband, or on an island.
