At Possibility Partners, Anissa works with organizations ranging from established healthcare systems to early-stage startups. Through interactive design workshops, team coaching, and hands-on strategy sessions, she helps leaders strengthen teams, transform departments, and develop new products and business models. Whether integrating behavioral health into primary care or helping a startup bring a new idea to market, she focuses on solving the immediate challenge while building the team’s capacity to take on what comes next.

Before Possibility Partners, Anissa served as Chief Strategic Development and Marketing Officer for an academic medical center and rural healthcare system. She holds an MBA from Syracuse University, is a Squadify Pro-certified team coach, and holds additional certifications in Insights to Action, AI x Design Thinking, and AI Prototyping. A lifelong Carolina basketball fan, she credits the sport as her first love of teamwork. Anissa finds joy in exploring new places, connecting with people along the way, and relaxing by the water with a good book—especially when she can share the experience with her daughters and dear friends.
